3D Printing
Using the latest 3D printing technology together with powerful computer assisted design softwares, we are able to produce temporary and permanent acrylic teeth, dental models, dentures, smile snap-ons and occlusal splints in-house.
This means that our patients can enjoy the benefits of digital technology and have their prosthesis ready usually during the day or after 24hours the latest.
This technology has proved very useful in cases of smile makeovers. The process starts with an intraoral scanning of the teeth using the TRIOS3 scanner followed by the scanning of the face with the RAYFACE scanner.
Next, the new smile for our patient is designed in dedicated CAD softwares and the patient has a consultation appointment with us where we discuss the proposed smile makeover.
Finally, as soon as the new smile has been aprooved, we 3D print the mock-up using our latest technology DENTIQ LCD 3D Printer. The patient gets to try the new smile and take it home for a test drive!
